Amtico Spacia XL Worn Ash LVT

A new home deserves a well installed new floor. This project had almost everything. The new concrete screed needed to be mechanically ground to remove the surface contaminants. Once ground off a moisture test revealed that the moisture content in the subfloor was too high to take a resilient floor covering. To get over this issue we applied a moisture suppressant layer followed by a full coat of smoothing compound to provide us with a flat, clean and dry floor ready to receive this beautiful luxury vinyl tile from the Amtico Spacia range.

This colour is Worn Ash in the XL wide plank. Because we like to add our own personal touch, we created a custom cut bespoke border in the hallway of this property to give the wow factor when people walk in.
